pLenti X1 Series

These vectors are promoter-less and can be used to express either a cDNA, shRNA or miRNA with its own promoter. The pEF-ENTR, pENTR/pTER, pENTR/pSUPER or pENTR/pSM2 Entry vectors can supply the promoter to express a cDNA (pEF-ENTR), an shRNA (pENTR/pTER or SUPER) or a miRNA (pENTR/pSM2 series). Alternatively, a promoter with a cDNA/shRNA/miRNA can be cloned into an Entry vector and recombined with the pLenti X1 series.
